Strategy at the heart of Louis Dreyfus Company's leadership move
Agribussines giant, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), says it is expanding its senior leadership team to 13 people in an effort to improve strategic thinking.
The appointees include several members of LDC’s existing executive group, among them Miguel Catella, Federico Cerisoli, Joe Nicosia, Murilo Parada, Markus Reis, Patrick Treuer and James Zhou, as well as Ian McIntosh, who rejoins LDC as Chief Strategy Officer.
“I’m delighted to welcome Ian back to LDC, where he will coordinate matters relating to company strategy and oversee the management of four business platforms,” said Gonzalo Ramírez Martiarena, LDC Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
LDC also announced the appointment of Andrea Maserati as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the group.
