USMCA trade deal boost for US bovine meat and bone meal exports

The US-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA), which went into full force yesterday [July 1], has been instrumental in getting Mexican market access for US bovine meat and bone meal (MBM), says the North American Renderers Association (NARA).

EU policymakers make progress on PAPs legislative roadmap

The EU Commission now envisions authorizing poultry and pig processed animal proteins (PAPs) for use in pig and poultry diets, respectively, along with approval for use of insect PAPs in monogastric diets all in the same regulatory package.
