Application of YeaMOS S in animal production
Yeast cell wall is mainly composed of glucan, mannose oligosaccharide and protein, etc. It has the functions of enhancing immunity, promoting growth, anti-tumor, and adsorbing mycotoxins. However, it has poor solubility, unsatisfactory direct use effect in animal breeding process. Therefore, modifying the yeast cell wall to improve the solubility of the yeast cell wall has positive significance for the application and promotion of the yeast cell wall in animal feeding.
