Functional proteins: remove zinc oxide on pig diet

The use of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) has been recently restricted at high levels in pig feed by EU regulations, due to concerns on environmental pollution and the prevalence of antibiotic-resistant pathogens.

On the other hand, many studies have demonstrated that replacing ZnO by Spray-Dried Porcine Plasma (SDPP) makes improve piglet performance.

Spray-Dried Porcine Plasma has been shown to be a High-Quality Functional Protein and a great Feed Ingredient performing as good as ZnO. APC; more than 30 years improving Animals Health & Leadership in R&D.
