Netherlands based health and nutrition player, DSM, today announced that it has reached agreement to acquire Austria’s Erber Group for a value of €980m.
DSM is allegedly among the final candidates to buy the Erber Group, which includes animal feed additives producer Biomin, according to Reuters citing sources close to the matter.
Biomin has released the results of statistical analysis showing that many parts of Europe can expect potentially harmful levels of mycotoxin contamination in the upcoming 2020 corn and wheat harvest.
