Four new hires for Lallemand Animal Nutrition's North American team
Lallemand Animal Nutrition, North America has expanded its team with the addition of four people:
- Katelyn Dei, associate brand manager
- Mandy Marks, territory business manager
- Brandon Mazanec, territory business manager
- Josh Myers, field support specialist
Jeff Ast, commercial director, Lallemand Animal Nutrition, North and South America, commented: “We continue to add key personnel to strengthen our commitment to providing profitable solutions and on-farm support programs.”
Dei (pictured) will support and assist the North American marketing team in the promotion of Lallemand Animal Nutrition products in the US and Mexico and in Canada.
Dei has served as an agriscience instructor and FFA advisor in northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin for the past eight years. She brings over a decade of livestock, equine and poultry experience to the company, said Lallemand.
Marks joins as territory business manager serving the northwestern region of the US, specifically customers and producers in Washington, Oregon, and northern California.
“Marks brings a depth of experience working in nutrition and sales across the US including the only registered feed mill in the state of Alaska.”
Mazanec joins Lallemand as a territory business manager, focusing on the sales and growth of MAGNIVA Forage Inoculants and LEVUCELL SC in Kansas and Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Kansas State University.
Myers will support Lallemand territory business managers and customers as a field support specialist in the western US, primarily in Texas.
“In his role he will conduct animal and forage audits to help producers develop, benchmark, and continue to improve animal productivity and operational profitability.”
Myers has a commercial livestock background and obtained a bachelor’s degree in animal science from West Texas A&M University.
