Jennings join monitoring group Allfex as animal research specialist
September saw Allflex/SCR add two new members to its North American team.
Tracy Jennings joins Allflex/SCR as animal research specialist, where he will lead multi-species animal ID and animal monitoring research for both companies.
His position will be based in Texas.
Allflex USA is a part of the Allflex group – an international company working with animal identification and traceability systems.
Jennings, who has a PhD in animal science, meat science from South Dakota State University, was previously an associate research scientist at Texas A & M AgriLife Research in Texas and was the CEO of High Plains Research and Consulting.
He is said to bring a wealth of experience in animal handling and management for several livestock species along with laboratory knowledge to the role. He has also co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles.
